This book of poems was written by
Stephanie at the request of her mom. Mary Jo had just
written the book about the experiences of her 4½ year
old grandaughter, Victoria.
Victoria was taken to heaven when she
was knocked off a pool slide by Mary Jo at her home.
Victoria fell nine feet to the concrete deck below and
was not harmed in any way.
She revealed later in the day that when
she started to fall, she heard God yell. “Save the
children! Catch Victoria!” She then told us that “6 Big!
Big! Big! Angels” caught her and “Zoom!” took her to
heaven.
She spent a lot of time in the “Baby
Place” while she was in heaven. You can read her
accounts of heaven in the book “6 Big... Big... Big...
Angels.”
This series of poems was written from
the viewpoint of the babies. Keep your tissues handy.
You will surely weep when you read what the babies
experience.
I strongly recommend you get a copy of
“6 Big... Big... Big... Angels” and read it along with
this book of poems.
FOREWARD
by Mary Jo Pennington
I thought my heart would break the day I
slipped at the top of our pool sliding board. As my
knees buckled, I slammed down hard on the top of the
slide, knocking my 4½ year old grand baby off. Victoria
fell onto the concrete deck nine feet below.
But God was merciful and sent His angels
to catch her. They took her to Heaven and she stayed
with the aborted babies at the “Baby Place.” Her
descriptions of the beautiful rooms and live toys are so
fresh and vivid. Her intimate conversations with the
babies are priceless.
Then she went with Jesus to see Father
God. She sat on God’s lap and He put both hands on her
little face and without speaking words told her, “ALWAYS
DO WHAT I SAY” then “ZOOM they bringed me back”.
We had been invited to different
churches and camp meetings to share Victoria’s testimony
about the aborted babies. Sometimes we were asked to
sing before we started to speak. None of our usual songs
were quite right.
Our youngest daughter, Stephanie is a
wonderful poet and an anointed woman of God. I called
and asked her to write words to a song that would be
appropriate. A song that would give voice to the tiny
babies Victoria held in the palm of her small hand.
I wanted the song to be from the baby’s
point of view. As soon as Stephanie finished my first
request, “No Choice of Mine”, I immediately wanted her
to write about the day the baby would have been born if
it had not been thrown away.
She was already blazing with the
anointing and sat back down and wrote “Dear Mommy.” A
fire was starting to burn in me for a third title. “Dear
Mommy, Today I Am One”. Well, the same fire was burning
in Stephanie as she wrote from her heart. The anointing
flowed through her and out of her and continued to flow
until the Holy Spirit was finished with this work 24
hours later.
I added in one poem that she wrote
later, especially for me, after I came face to face with
my own throw away baby. The title is “Dear Mom, I’m
Grown Now.” It is included in the first book, “6
Big... Big... Big...Angels.”
This book, “Restoring Mommy’s Heart”
is the great and anointed work of Stephanie Petrus, a
Valiant Warrior Woman of God and my beloved daughter.
Seek a quiet place and read it alone
with God. It will bring great healing to your heart.
